Collab: Princess Luna

This is my collaboration entry into  TGBjerga 's contest. I wanted to spice up Luna's mane and I figured this was the best way to do just that, so I made the outline of her mane and tail glow and colored them accordingly. I tried to give as much attention to detail as I could with armor, wings, shading, mane/tail, eye, and background.
